I just found out that my husband committed adultery. It has been going on for at least 6 months and we have only been married for 7 months.

What is God telling us (in the following verses), beyond the obvious? Both cities where these events took place were totally destroyed. Did God provide the detailed description of these people's sinful behavior so that we could conclude that EVERY city state in Canaan was guilty of this identical crime and MUST be totally destroyed?

-I've just contracted herpes and I was told that it's an STD. My husband and I have never had sex before we were married so how did this happen? Does it mean that one of us has lied prior to marriage?

Is it okay to have sex with my husband when I am having my periods?

These two questions came at different times, but I believe they could be related. 1. If a husband is into drunkenness , he steals from his wife and their children, he has been verbally and physically abusive, and he has had extra martial affairs, is she wrong for divorcing him (paraphrased)?

Is it alright for two Christians to live together without being married? My sister's boyfriend's brother, who is a Christian, lives with his girlfriend. I don't know if there is any sexual activity going on, but I think this is influencing my sister to consider doing the same. She feels that there is nothing wrong with spending the night at her boyfriend's house or having him spend the night at our house. How does God feel about this? Is it living in sin?

I have a five year old daughter who was born outside wedlock. I have been raising her on my own and with the help of my parents from birth. Her father lives in another country, and father and daughter are still yet to meet each other. But, we are still very much in contact.

Our friends are allowing their son and his girlfriend to live together in their house without being married. How are we to approach the subject and show them that it's inappropriate for the kids to live together?

This is embarrassing, but I can't get knowledge if this act of oral sex is considered immoral within the marriage. If two consenting adults, I was told, then it would be all right. What if one does not consent-namely the wife who is supposed to be submissive to her husband. Please help me!

Hello Gary and Marlene, I thank you for your response and prayers. I have some good news, but I did want to answer your question first. I did live with my husband during our engagement for about a year before we were married. We dated about 2 years, were engaged, and will be married 2 years in the beginning of September. Regardless, I had confessed and repented of the sin of living together shortly after we married.

My 26 year old Christian son has just told us through an e-mail that he is going to get married . He just met this girl 3 months ago. He has always wanted to be married and have lots of children. All of his friends are encouraging this marriage. He is a fine Christian.

What does the Bible say about not having sex, but living together before marriage?

I was reading the entries on sleeping together but not having sex and I am sad because it is true. I did not get burnt completely, but I sort of did. We sort of did, and now I feel very bad. I have been in sooo many adulterous relationships...that I do not even know if I can remember all of them. I have prayed to God for forgiveness and I realize that I need to do the same for my ex spouse.

Hi! I am a Christian and have been married for 18 years. I have had 3 adulterous relationships over the years. One of them my husband knows about, the other 2 he does not know about.
