Question: When Jesus comes back for the Church, will unborn babies go to heaven still? Also, in the Battle of Armageddon, will we fight or just the angels?

Answer: These are good questions and I will try to show some Scripture verses that apply. First, “When Jesus comes back for the Church, will unborn babies go to heaven still?” Only God really knows the answer to this, but there is a hint I believe as to what will happen in this verse: “For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband ; otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy.” (1 Corinthians 7:14)

Just speculating on this, it seems that since the children that are born are considered holy when there is at least one parent who is saved, so too does it make sense that the unborn baby of a believing mother will go to heaven with her. We know this is true of all those who are before the age of accountability. We have an article on this; it is called, What is the Age of Accountability?

In the Battle of Armageddon it is true that we and the holy angles will return with the LORD JESUS CHRIST as He comes back to this earth as KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. However, it looks like He destroys His enemies with the Sword of His mouth, in other words, He says the word and they are destroyed. “Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations.” (Revelation 19:15a)
