Bible Study Discussions with Gary Panell

Question: I love your site and spend much time reading it as I learn so much. I really appreciate the time and thought given to each answer, and that it is totally biblical. May God bless you in this outreach. I am sure you have helped countless souls. I really feel time is running out and we need to reach everyone possible. Please tell me how I may contribute.

I would just like to add that it is so great of you guys to make this site. Now that I'm a Christian I no longer seek advice from those who are not with God. It's great that at least now they have sites that can help us Christians to be given the right advice according to God. Thanks so much for the effort!!!

Answer: I have to say this about the part of the letter where it says, "Please tell me how I may contribute." I had to write this back: "Dear ----, Thank you for your kind comments. Thank you for your offer of a donation, however, we are a ministry that does not take donations.

We try to get people giving to ministries on the links we have. There are several very good ones, but one that we would most highly recommend is Gospel For Asia.Another option you might think about is we have people who e-mail us from different countries for Bibles. We help with these if you want I will give you addresses to mail to."

The main reason we do not take donations is because so many 'Christian' organizations today are always asking for money. This has been such a terrible testimony to the unsaved. The unsaved think this is all Christians are looking for from us. So for this reason we do not ask for, nor take donations.

Therefore, no one can look at this ministry and say all you guys want is our money. We are looking to see people saved, and lives changed! What do we want from you besides this...your prayers. This is the most vaulable thing you can give us. Add your name to our prayer letter. We will not ask for your money, just tell you about how God is answering prayers concerning this ministry and things to pray about.

Again, I would also give you names and addresses of people to send Bibles to. Just e-mail us and ask for these. Then too, I would you encourage you to send your support to missions like Gospel for Asia. This mission can support a missionary for as little as $100 a month. This missionary has been Bible School trained. They are a person who knows the language and the culture. To me this mission gives you the most for your dollar amount.

There are of course many other missions that we list on our links that would be great to support too.
